My training is in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and trauma-focused therapy. I work with clients to find new resources for their relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am trained to look at the whole person and we explore what might be holding you back today.
Every client is different, so treatment types emerge as the therapeutic alliance is established. We will explore what brought you to therapy and then choose the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.
